Rob Akins and I wrote the book "Golf's Red Zone Challenge" (Read Chapter 1) to have a template for a way to inspire and motivate golfers to improve at their short game.  Buy the book and once you identify a New Rules instructor to work with, ask him to give you the test and create a program for you.  Your short game will never be the same.
