As the winter season is coming to an end, spring is around the corner and it's warming up a little. It is time to start working on your game again and achieving your goals that you are setting for the 2009 season.
During the winter months when the Golf Academy is in our down time, Charlie and the rest of our staff look for and discuss many different ideas to continue to make sure that our members, golf school students and corporate clients receive the best information out there on ways to continue to improve their game. Along with the state of the art video equipment, new training aids, and the great new T.O.M.I putting system, we will be continuing to help those who want a detailed way to track their statistics and improve their practice, course management and overall game.
At the end of the 2008 season we started to work with a company named Shot-by-Shot. Shot-By-Shot is an on-line solution that allows you a complete analysis of your game and is a Performance Analysis Partner with Golf Digest. Their goal is to enable golfers at all levels to accurately determine the strengths and weaknesses of their games. With keeping your stats and inputting the proper information, you can focus your practice and improvement efforts and accelerate your improvement process. Shot-by-Shot analyzes putting by distance, analyzes the short game by how close shots are hit to the hole and shots that miss the green. You will not just indicate when you hit a fairway or miss it, but also the severity of each miss. This will help you with improving your driving skill and accuracy.
If you are a student of the Golf Academy, take clinics regularly, have attended a Golf School or have attended one of our corporate outings, we are offering a Shot-by-Shot account compliments of the Reynolds Golf Academy. We will need you to call Ben Austin at 706-467-1660 or e-mail him at baustin@reynoldsplantation.com to fill out an information form and we will then put you in the system.
