Wedges are many times bought off the rack instead of custom fit. A couple of factors make it very important to have your wedges custom fit. One is lie angle and the other is bounce. If the lie angle is not right for your swing, the shot will go off line more dramatically. The bounce and sole width of your wedges that is best for you is dependent on whether you hit more down on the ball or sweep the ball. Both of these factors will be explained in more detail on the following video with our Director of Clubfitting, Charles McLendon. This video comes as part of our upcoming release of my new e-book "The New Rules of Golf Instruction". It looks like this Wednesday is the release date. So don't follow the link Charles mentions at the end of the video yet. We'll get word to you on Wednesday, March 4
